Lamp Lighting Ceremony of Nightingale's Knights
The program commenced with a procession led by the student nurses, followed by a soulful prayer song. The ceremonial lighting of the kuthuvilakku by the dignitaries marked an auspicious beginning to the event. A warm Welcome Address was delivered, followed by an invocation that created a serene atmosphere. The core part of the ceremony, the Lighting of the Lamp, was performed by the dignitaries and faculty members, symbolizing the spreading of knowledge and compassion. The students proudly took the Nightingale Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to the ethical and selfless service that defines the nursing profession.
